This channel is exclusively for reporting active or suspected cyber incidents that threaten CNII systems or involve significant personal data breaches. Immediate response requires adherence to protocol.
CNII Entities
Utilize your established, formal Incident Reporting Protocol as mandated by the Cybersecurity Act 2024. Report the event to your designated NCU liaison immediately upon discovery.
General Public
If you are actively experiencing a significant cyber crime or system compromise (e.g., ransomware, bank fraud), call the Emergency Cyber Hotline. Do not use email for immediate threats.
